Job summary

HNTB is seeking a senior Construction Manager to lead field discipline efforts on large, multi-location projects. You will manage scope, budget, and quality, coordinate staff across locations like Denver, Phoenix, and Las Vegas, and serve as the on-site liaison with clients and contractors.

The role requires a strong background in engineering, contract administration, and delivering complex projects of $20M+; you will mentor staff and drive delivery using HNTB methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
• All jurisdictional certificates required.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope and fee quotations and assist in proposals and contracts.
• Coordinate project activities, establish priorities, and staff to jobs.
• Oversee project controls including schedule coordination and submittal reviews.
• Lead development and execution of the project management plan and mentor team.
• Interpret and enforce contract plans and specifications; manage change orders and costs.
• Support business development and client relationship building for mega projects.
