Job summary

DPR Construction seeks a senior execution leader to oversee multiple mid-size projects or a large complex project. You will drive delivery aligned with safety, quality, schedule, budget, and risk objectives, leading project managers and field teams with a unified leadership approach.

You will mentor leaders, manage complex execution challenges, and strengthen client and trade-partner relationships while guiding strategic improvements across the Family of Companies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in construction project management or operations.
• Experience leading multiple mid-size projects or a large, complex project.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; OSHA 30 program completion within 6 months of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Leads execution of multiple mid-size projects or a large project, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives.
• Directs and supports project managers and project teams, providing guidance on complex execution challenges and decision-making.
• Serves as the primary escalation point for significant project risks, client concerns, contractual matters, and performance issues.
• Oversees project financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, cost controls, contract administration and risk management strategies.
• Partners with superintendents and safety leadership to reinforce field presence and high-risk activity planning and execution.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients, designers, support resources, and key trade partners for collaboration and repeat work.
• Mentors and develops project leaders through coaching, performance feedback, and development plans.
