Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field with 3+ years in construction management or 5 years in related area
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing budgets
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and ability to enforce compliance on construction projects

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction budgets by reviewing estimates, tracking reports, and approving payments and change orders
• Monitor contractor performance and enforce adherence to laws, regulations, and company standards
• Lead cross-functional teams by guiding construction guidelines and design changes
• Manage project schedules, coordinate procurement and deliveries, resolve conflicts, and ensure timely completion within standards
• Represent the company with municipalities and officials to uphold quality and compliance
• Develop and mentor associates, set performance expectations, and foster a high-performing team
