Job summary

Clarion Housing Group Limited is seeking a Senior Construction Delivery Manager to lead multiple complex HRB residential projects from conception through to completion, including the defect period. The role is hybrid with a Birmingham base and regular travel across the region, with occasional visits to other Clarion offices.

The ideal candidate will have leadership experience delivering high-rise residential schemes, HRB projects, and a solid grasp of the Building Safety Regulator Gateway

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-rise residential schemes.
• Experience with HRB projects.
• Knowledge of Building Safety Regulator Gateway Process.
• Familiarity with JCT Design & Build contracts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver multiple complex HRB projects from conception to completion (incl. defect period).
• Oversee project delivery and achieve objectives.
• Lead medium- to large-sized project teams and define project vision.
