Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction defect experience.
• Strong understanding of CD claims and litigation processes.
• PE or RA license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead CD investigations for residential, commercial, and industrial structures.
• Identify root causes and assess damage using data, environment, and materials.
• Prepare detailed reports and provide expert testimony.
• Develop and maintain client relationships within the CD service line.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
