Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction/design-professional transactional experience.
• Admission to the New York Bar in good standing.
• A portable book of business is a significant plus and will be reflected in compensation.

Responsibilities

• Represent architects, engineers, and design professionals across construction project lifecycles.
• Draft, negotiate, and advise on design and construction contracts (AIA and custom agreements).
• Counsel clients on risk management, licensing, project structuring, and day-to-day legal questions.
• Serve as a trusted, ongoing advisor rather than a matter-by-matter resource.
