Qualifications

Doctorate degree - Juris Doctor (Required)
5+ years legal experience in construction law (Required)
Law license in at least one state in the region (Required)
Experience in construction litigation (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Provides legal support on routine matters to the region.
Reviews project procurement documents and assists with proposal legal review.
Prepares draft prime contracts and subcontracts with project team.
Provides counsel on transactions, programs, policies and procedures.
Gathers and prepares evidence for defense or litigation.
