Qualifications

• Juris Doctor required and licensed.
• 8+ years of legal experience in construction.
• Experience in construction litigation preferred.
• Equivalent relevant experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to the assigned region.
• Review project procurement documents and draft prime/subcontracts.
• Prepare and review contracts and legal opinions/memoranda.
• Manage outside counsel and monitor legal proceedings.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
