Job summary

LG&E and KU Energy LLC is seeking an experienced project professional to observe contractor activities across LG&E-KU facilities and coordinate work between multiple contractors and company operations. The role requires extensive experience in power/industrial construction and strong leadership.

Responsibilities include ensuring safety and schedule adherence, reviewing design documents, mentoring coordinators, and interfacing with management and engineering to address issues and optimize project

Qualifications

• Requires 15+ years experience in production maintenance, power production, or industrial construction.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Advanced knowledge of OSHA and site safety standards.
• Ability to coordinate multiple contractors and manage schedules.

Responsibilities

• Observe contractor activities at LG&E-KU facilities.
• Monitor safety, quality, and schedule performance and recommend actions.
• Review design documents and provide timely feedback.
• Mentor construction coordinators and coordinate interfaces with other departments.
