Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction coordination, management, or related roles.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
• Experience with Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) and Construction Work Packages (CWPs).
• Knowledge of construction planning, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) methodologies and the development of Construction Work Packages (CWPs).
• Define construction package scopes, boundaries, and execution requirements.
• Coordinate engineering and procurement deliverables to align with construction sequences and project milestones.
• Identify construction constraints and support the resolution of issues affecting project execution.
• Review constructability requirements and provide technical input during bid evaluations.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary construction activities across engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
• Prepare and review construction plans, technical specifications, cost estimates, material estimates, schedules, and progress reports.
• Assist in coordinating construction schedules, budgets, resources, and personnel.
• Develop mobilization and demobilization plans for construction projects.
• Conduct periodic site visits to monitor construction progress, workmanship, and quality.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to support construction completion and turnover milestones.
• Support subcontractor coordination and management activities throughout project execution.
• Maintain effective working relationships with contractors, vendors, suppliers, and internal project teams.
• Participate in regular coordination meetings to review progress, deliverables, and outstanding issues.
• Review purchase orders and related documentation to verify accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
• Support compliance with applicable project contractual obligations.
