Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Construction Coordinator in Pasadena, TX for a 2-year assignment with a major oil & gas company. You will coordinate field activities from planning through completion on projects and turnarounds across North America, ensuring safety and schedule adherence.

The role requires experience in construction coordination, crane and welding activities, and Primavera P6, with a proven ability to manage multiple sites and communicate with senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field.
• Experience coordinating construction or projects.
• Experience with critical lifts, crane activities, and welding.
• Experience supporting projects across multiple sites and turnarounds.
• Ability to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field activities from planning through completion on construction projects and turnarounds.
• Support welding activities and critical lifts with safety-focused execution.
• Provide daily updates and manage priorities using Primavera P6 schedules.
• Communicate with senior management and stakeholders on progress and risks.
