Job summary

Veolia in North America is seeking a Project Controls Manager to develop, implement and manage control and reporting tools for water and wastewater construction projects based at the Haworth Water Treatment Plant, NJ. This full-time, onsite role collaborates with engineers and procurement to ensure on-time delivery and cost control.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Civil or Mechanical Engineering and at least 5 years of experience managing large, complex construction projects, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering preferred or equivalent technical experience.
• Experience in Water/Wastewater Design & Build projects.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing large, complex, construction projects

Responsibilities

• Manage construction planning activities required to develop the overall plan.
• Manage project schedule and deliverables in accordance with processes and procedures.
• Produce cost and progress s-curves.
• Liaising with managers and Engineers of all departments to discuss the progress of the project and address any issues that arise.
• Draft letters, memo and reports in relation with Project control issues (Documentation, Cost, Planning).
• Assist Contract manager and Procurement in case of disputes with contractors/suppliers.
