Job summary

Veolia in North America seeks a Project Engineer/Manager to lead development and construction of watermain, pump stations, and storage facilities in the VWDE Service Area. You will collaborate with engineers, inspectors, regulators, developers, and contractors to collect data and secure permits.

The role requires BS in Engineering, experience with construction contracts, and strong project management capabilities. Travel within the local area is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field.
• Experience managing construction contracts and specifications.
• Strong project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage $1–$3M water/wastewater developer projects annually.
• Direct field data collection with consultants and staff.
• Prepare responses for watermain locations to agencies.
• Ensure safety and environmental standards in designs.
• Monitor forecasts and budgets using financial tools.
