This hands-on leadership role requires a seasoned accounting professional with a strong construction background and career stability, capable of directing AP/AR/GL, month- and year-end close, and GAAP-compliant financial reporting. You will partner with project managers and operations, oversee budgeting and audits, and build robust internal controls while

Qualifications

• Degree required in accounting/finance or related field.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting skills.
• Experience with audits and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AP, AR, GL, and tax-related functions.
• Lead month-end and year-end close with timely reporting.
• Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate annual audits with external auditors.
• Develop and maintain accounting procedures and controls.
• Collaborate with project managers on construction finances.
• Provide analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Lead accounting team to meet deadlines and deliverables.
• Partner with CFO and senior leadership.
