Job summary

McCownGordon Construction seeks an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to support our Risk & Legal team, overseeing owner agreements, master service agreements, and vendor compliance throughout the contract lifecycle.

You will collaborate with project teams, legal counsel, and operations leaders to review, finalize, track, and improve contract workflows, ensuring alignment with company risk standards in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in contract administration within the construction industry.
• Experience with AIA, DBIA, owner contracts, and master service agreements.
• Strong contract review skills with ability to identify risk.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office, document comparison, and contract management systems.

Responsibilities

• Review, prepare, and finalize construction agreements (AIA, DBIA, owner contracts, master agreements, GMP).
• Partner with General and Associate Counsel on contract review, risk assessment, and agreement administration.
• Serve as a trusted resource for project teams on contract requirements and execution status.
• Oversee contract execution, document management, and workflow tracking in Procore and DocuSign.
• Support vendor onboarding, compliance reviews, and due diligence activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve contract processes and standardize documentation.
• Assist with legal, administrative, and special project support as needed.
