Job summary

The Crom Corporation is seeking a Contracts Manager to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies across multiple projects. You will review and negotiate contracts, NDAs, subcontracts, and related documents, coordinating with risk, legal, sales, and operations teams.

The role requires extensive experience with construction contracts, risk allocation provisions such as indemnity, insurance, liquidated damages, force majeure, and payment terms, and the ability to lead negotiations

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in legal studies, business administration, engineering, construction management, or related field or equivalent.
• Master’s Degree in Contract Administration, Risk Management, or other related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years' contract management experience on construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, negotiate, and execute a variety of commercial contracts across lines of business.
• Support bidding and project teams with insurance and bond requirements and vendor agreements.
• Advise project management on contractual risk and mitigation strategies.
• Participate in risk reviews and management team discussions.
• Serve as escalation point for complex contractual issues and disputes.
• Prepare draft contracts, bid risk reviews, and RFIs for bidding teams.
• Evaluate driving records for hires and provide pre-claim and claim support as needed.
