Responsibilities
Convert defined scope into templated contract formats.
Track all contracts and facilitate business and legal approvals.
Generate and manage purchase orders to accompany executed contracts.
Assist vendors in establishing their supplier account.
Skills
Understanding of procurement/sourcing and contract activities
Understanding of the invoicing process, Accounts Payable
Experience with financial management software
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication
Knowledge of Google G Suite
