Job summary

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. is seeking a Construction Contract Administration Professional in Dallas, TX.

You will lead construction contract administration, manage project risks, and support federal DoD projects from bid through closeout, with hybrid work and occasional field presence as needed. The ideal candidate has extensive experience administering complex contracts, building client relationships, and navigating RFIs, submittals, and change processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a construction/engineering discipline is required.
• Professional certifications such as CDT, CCCA, CCM, CCQM, CQM-C, PMP, DBIA, PE, or RA are preferred.
• Experience with RFIs, submittals, change management, and contract administration processes is essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key CCA team member managing construction administration across projects.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, design teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate contract, cost, schedule, quality, and constructability risks.
• Review drawings, specs, and contract documents for construction-phase decisions.
• Maintain CIS and project document control; track RFIs, submittals, and logs.
• Lead project meetings and liaison with clients and subcontractors.
