Jacobs in Corvallis, OR seeks a Senior Construction Contract Administration Lead to oversee multi-discipline project teams from bid support through construction, occupancy, and closeout. You will manage contract administration, risk, and client relations across DoD and federal civilian projects, with hybrid work and field presence as needed.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in construction contract administration or 12+ years with no degree, strong knowledge of RFIs/submittals, and proficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of construction contract administration, construction management, resident engineering, or related experience; or 12+ years in lieu of a degree.
• One or more professional certifications preferred (CDT, CCCA, CCM, CCQM, CQM-C, PMP, DBIA, PE, RA).

Responsibilities

• Lead as the primary CCA representative for assigned projects, coordinating with clients, contractors, design teams, and stakeholders.
• Oversee document control, scheduling, RFIs, submittals, change management, and project documentation.
• Identify and mitigate contractual, schedule, cost, quality, and constructability risks.
• Review drawings and contract documents to support construction decisions.
• Maintain CIS-based documentation and logs for timely decisions.
