Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience assessing building damage.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Capable of technical field inspections across all disciplines.
• High-level communication with clients and project representatives.
• Estimating costs using Xactimate, RS Means, Cotality, and other tools.
• Develop ROM estimates and technical reports for various facilities.
• Lead local business development client events and maintain client relationships.
