Job summary

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of construction/infrastructure brokerage experience, a broker license, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and an extensive carrier network. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 10+ years construction/infrastructure brokerage experience.
• Agent/Broker License required.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Network of carrier relationships.
• Ability to collaborate in a team.
• Experience with complex risks and client service.

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs, design solutions and negotiate with carriers to obtain optimal coverage.
• Develop and manage client relationships, account strategies and insurance marketing activities.
• Act asTrusted advisor to clients in broking, designing, selling and servicing complex accounts.
• Provide outstanding service to clients, relationship managers and originators.
• Identify exposures and ensure coverage addresses all exposures.
• Compile submission information with clients and teams; finalize market submissions.
