BERKELEY RESEARCH GROUP, LLC (BRG) delivers construction advisory services including fact finding, data analytics, claims and dispute analysis, and expert witness support. We seek an experienced consultant/manager on the East Coast able to relocate, working with project leaders to craft rigorous analyses for clients.

Responsibilities span schedule delays, cost overruns, productivity, contracts, and change orders, with data gathering, quality control, and documentation of work products.

Qualifications

• BS degree with focus in Engineering or Construction Management is required.
• MS/MBA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support detailed analyses of schedule delays, cost overruns, productivity, contracts and change orders.
• Assist with data gathering including document review, supervision, and data-entry quality control.
• Demonstrate proper creation and documentation of work product.
• Demonstrate creativity and use relevant software tools, analytical methods, and computer models to develop solutions.
• Develop and maintain electronic databases, spreadsheets and related files as dictated by project needs.
• Perform detailed research and analysis and translate results into action from literature and data sources.
• Audit own work and that of others to assure quality.
• Collaborate in a positive team environment to meet client deadlines and quality expectations.
