Job summary

CUBE 3 Studio, LLC in North Andover, MA, seeks a Construction Administration Specialist to manage multiple large-scale architecture and interiors projects in the construction phase. The CAS acts as the on-site point of contact, reviews shop drawings, RFIs, site visits, change orders, and close-out documentation while mentoring staff.

Candidates should have a minimum of 8 years in architecture or construction, a degree in Architecture, and proven experience delivering ground-up buildings.

Qualifications

• 8+ years related experience in architecture or construction
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
• Delivered at least three large ground-up buildings in Construction Administration
• Strong understanding of local State and Municipal Building Codes
• Experience managing large-scale construction projects and contractors/clients
• Awareness and experience with the legal environment of construction

Responsibilities

• Deliver multiple projects in Construction with minimal oversight
• Maintain client relationships and provide updates to leadership
• Attend Owner-Architect-Contractor meetings and review shop drawings
• Oversee CA activities for efficiency, quality, and code compliance
• Collaborate with owners and contractors to solve problems under time pressure
• Navigate sensitive issues and provide periodic briefings to leadership
• Manage CA projects using CUBE 3 Part3 CA Software
