Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with construction accounting focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls and accounting procedures.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Analyze financial data and provide meaningful insights to leadership.
• Oversee general ledger activity, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable financial regulations.
• Collaborate with the Controller and executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
