Jobot is seeking a Senior Construction Accountant to join its Phoenix-based finance team. This role focuses on construction accounting, job costing, and multi-entity financial management, offering growth toward Controller‑level responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in construction.
• Deep knowledge of construction accounting and job costing.
• Experience supporting multi-entity financial management.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance required.

Responsibilities

• Manage full accounting cycle: GL, journal entries, reconciliations, month-end close.
• Maintain records across multiple entities and states.
• Perform construction job cost accounting and cost allocation.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and schedules.
• Reconcile bank accounts and balance sheet accounts.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Support year-end audits and tax preparation.
