Qualifications

• 15 years of full-time professional experience with an Architecture degree.
• 10 years as Construction Administrator.
• 5 years as Designer.
• Public/educational facility construction with full responsibility and projects ≥$8M (single) or ≥$80M cumulative.
• Alternative path: 15 years as Project Superintendent/PM on large projects with single project ≥$30M and cumulative ≥$400M.
• Two years college coursework plus five years experience may substitute for the degree.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Design Manager and Owner Authorized Representative during preconstruction.
• Define and review project scope and schedule including interim housing requirements.
• Provide value engineering recommendations at the design outset.
• Comment on deliverables to reduce RFIs and Change Orders.
• Coordinate documents between design disciplines.
• Prepare constructability review of pre-bid construction documents.
• Coordinate efforts with the Design Manager and Owner Authorized Representative.
