Qualifications

• 15 years of full-time professional experience with an Architecture degree.
• Experience as Construction Administrator on public/educational projects with $8M+ value.
• Alternate path: 15 years as Project Superintendent/PM on large projects $30M+.

Responsibilities

• Assist in defining and reviewing the Project Requirement Document scope of work and schedule.
• Make value engineering recommendations at the design outset.
• Comment on designers' deliverables to reduce RFIs and changes.
• Coordinate documents between design disciplines.
• Prepare constructability reviews of pre-bid documents.
• Coordinate with Design Manager and Owner Authorized Representative.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
