Job summary

LiveView Technologies is hiring a Senior Connectivity Engineer to shape how information moves across all LVT products. You will bridge product goals with practical architectures and lead initiatives from concept through deployment while mentoring engineers.

Based in our American Fork, UT headquarters, you will work in-office with up to 15% travel, ensuring seamless communication between physical units and the AI platform at scale.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in systems, networking, embedded connectivity, or related engineering.
• Own complex technical projects from concept through deployment and long‑term support.
• Deep L2/L3 networking skills: VLAN, QoS, NAT, VRFs, PBR, DHCP/DNS nuances.
• Hands‑on hardware experience at scale; API‑driven automation and fleet operations.
• Cross‑functional leadership experience with executives, customers, and partners.
• Experience evaluating, integrating, testing embedded modem modules and connected devices.
• Automation with Python or shell scripting for configuration, validation and telemetry.
• Knowledge of eUICC/eSIM, multi‑IMSI, dual‑WAN/dual‑SIM and cost/performance modeling.
• Strong documentation and communication skills; disciplined change and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Connectivity Development across current and future LVT products from concept to production deployment.
• Collaborate with Product, Hardware, Firmware, Manufacturing, and Operations teams.
• Lead technical investigations, proofs-of-concept, vendor evaluations, and technology assessments.
• Develop and maintain connectivity reference architectures, standards, test methods, deployment procedures, and docs.
• Mentor engineers through design reviews, knowledge sharing, and engineering standards.
• Evaluate, integrate, and validate cellular modem modules; support carrier certification and tests.
• Own connectivity lifecycle activities: firmware maintenance, carrier updates, tech refreshes.
• Represent Connectivity in strategic discussions with leadership, product teams, customers, and partners.
