Job summary

Vaco by Highspring seeks a Sr. Conflicts Specialist to run conflict reports and prepare summaries using uniform criteria. This role requires Pacific Time hours and in-office work three days a week in Tampa or Dallas.

You will review matter memos, search the conflicts database, and provide clear summaries to attorneys. Responsibilities include adhering to firm policies, maintaining accurate shared documents, and assisting in training junior staff.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of legal conflicts experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must be able to work Pacific Time hours.

Responsibilities

• Review new matter memos for accuracy and completion.
• Search all relevant and necessary parties in the firm's conflicts database.
• Review conflict of interest reports and prepare summaries based on the actual and potential conflicts of interest identified.
• Provide summaries to requesting attorneys and respond to any questions.
• Adhere to all firm and department policies and procedures related to searching, reviewing conflict reports, and preparing summaries.
• Assist with keeping all shared documents accurate and assist with training Conflicts Specialists + Clerks.
