This role requires knowledge of professional methods to produce and analyze conflict of interest reports, ensuring client satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of relevant experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• One year of conflicts, legal assistant, or comparable law firm experience in a decision-making capacity required.
• Ability to learn and apply conflict-of-interest principles and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce and review conflict reports using the Firm’s conflicts software.
• Conduct research to support conflicts analysis.
• Summarize findings and submit analyses to attorneys.
