You will independently review, research, and resolve conflicts matters across jurisdictions, while handling deadlines, keeping confidences, and supporting firm management. The role includes drafting waivers and training staff.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate required and must be in good standing.
• Minimum five years of practice experience and two years in conflicts/ethics roles.
• Active bar membership in a U.S. jurisdiction is required.

Responsabilités

• Analyze conflicts of interest on new business and lateral hires.
• Draft waivers, engagement letters, and joint representation letters.
• Provide training on conflicts issues and lead small projects.
