Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze new business and lateral conflict of interest reports.
• Identify potential conflicts and assist partners in resolution.
• Draft engagement and waiver letters; manage ethical walls.
• Conduct corporate family research using Lexis/Westlaw and Dun & Bradstreet.
• Supervise Conflicts Analysts and ensure jurisdictional compliance.
