Job summary

Plona Partners, a leading AmLaw100 firm, is seeking a Conflicts Attorney to review and analyze new business and lateral conflict reports, identify potential conflicts, and assist partners in resolution.

You will draft engagement and waiver letters, manage ethical walls, and perform corporate research using Lexis/Westlaw, Hoovers, and Dun & Bradstreet. This role also involves supervising Conflicts Analysts and ensuring compliance with jurisdictional rules.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active bar licensure in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years of law firm experience in risk management or corporate compliance.
• Proficiency with iManage and Intapp Open is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze new business and lateral conflict of interest reports.
