Job summary

ABA Search, Inc. is seeking a Senior Conflicts Analyst to join our team across multiple U.S. offices (San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle, Denver).

You will own complex conflicts requests from start to finish, ensuring ethical compliance and timely clearance for new engagements and hires. You will analyze, report, draft waivers, conduct corporate research, and mentor teammates while collaborating with partners and attorneys in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in conflicts or legal intake.
• Knowledge of ABA Model Rules and California Rules of Professional Conduct.
• Ability to conduct legal and corporate research.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and clear conflicts requests for new engagements and hires.
• Prepare database searches and bulk conflicts reports.
• Review conflict reports and summarize the landscape per conduct rules.
• Work with partners and attorneys to investigate issues and propose solutions.
• Draft conflict waivers and engagement letters; implement ethical screens.
• Provide conflicts training and mentor team members.
