Bartech Staffing seeks a Contract Coordinator to join the Confirmations team in energy trading. You will verify legal documents, coordinate with front office, and engage counterparties to ensure accurate confirmations and risk mitigation on complex deals.

The role requires experience with ISDAs/NAESBs/EEIs, strong attention to detail, Excel and SQL proficiency, and the ability to develop reporting and data visualization to support decision-making.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of confirmations management experience in a trading firm, preferably commodities.
• Master agreements including ISDAs, NAESBs, EEIs, and related CSA.
• Understanding of physical trading, derivatives, and trade lifecycle.
• Degree in a business or legal discipline.

Aufgaben

• Confirmation Coordination: Daily coordination with the front office to create/modify confirmations for complex deals.
• Ensure accurate transaction capture in Risk systems.
• Engage external counterparties to legally confirm transactions and resolve disputes.
• Review ISDAs, NAESBs, EEIs, CSA, and trade confirmations to minimize risk.
• Develop and enhance reporting infrastructure and data visualization capabilities.
• Collaborate with origination, risk, trading, legal, and accounting to assess risks.
