CareSource is seeking a Configuration Systems Analyst III to manage and define system configuration requirements across our health plan platforms. You will plan and implement software releases, coordinate testing, and provide training support to ensure successful deployments.

The role emphasizes data analysis, collaboration with business owners and IT, and maintaining high standards for accuracy and internal controls within reimbursement design processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience is preferred.
• A minimum of five years of health plan experience, including three years of configuration or clinical editing software experience, is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and define system configuration requirements.
• Plan and implement new software releases including testing and training.
• Develop and utilize reports to analyze data and address gaps.
• Audit configuration to ensure accuracy and internal controls.
• Lead test plans and scenarios for reimbursement designs.
