Job summary

Reliability & Performance Technologies (R&P) seeks an experienced Senior Configuration Manager/Task Lead to join our defense program supporting Navy shipbuilding. You will lead configuration management activities, manage baselines, and coordinate with shipbuilders and system integrators to ensure proper configuration across the lifecycle.

This role requires an Active Secret Clearance and 15+ years in Navy shipbuilding, with hands-on CM experience and familiarity with TcE workflows and Business

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance.
• 15+ years' experience in Navy shipbuilding and defense systems.
• First-hand experience with Navy shipbuilding configuration management process.
• Familiarity with TeamCenter (TcE) Workflows and Business Objects related to Class changes is Preferred.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide CM task leadership and manage complex requirements and financial analyses for an ACAT 1 shipbuilding program.
• Provide CM status accounting of all class changes, reports, schedules, CM plans, baselines, and briefs.
• Support baseline contract alignment to maintain ship systems configuration throughout the lifecycle.
• Support change review and approval processes, including CCB and SUPSHIP approvals.
• Coordinate to maintain TeamCenter workflows for Class changes.
• Serve as CM liaison with shipbuilders, system integrators, SUPSHIPs, and ship design engineers.
