Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• 6+ years of CM experience or equivalent.
• Experience developing CM plans, baselines, and change control.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document CM life cycle with milestones.
• Implement internal CM system for docs and baselines.
• Ensure CM covers engineering, implementation, and testing.
• Establish and facilitate a Change Control Board (CCB).
• Track configuration baselines for Prime Mission Product.
• Coordinate CM with stakeholders for agile processes.
• Ensure traceability and auditability across lifecycle.
• Coordinate with installation/operations to reflect baselines.
