Job summary

IronMountain Solutions, Inc. seeks a senior Configuration Manager for the UHPO program in the Huntsville, AL area. In-office role, 40 hours/week, with an active Secret clearance requirement and travel around 10%.

Responsibilities include managing ECPs, CM data, CCB processes, and CM-related contract language across hardware and software. Collaboration with engineering, safety, quality, and data teams is essential to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Working Knowledge and Experience utilizing TopVue.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant experience is required.
• Experience with Windchill CM tool is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and create/review ECPs with engineers.
• Maintain data management plans and submittals per contracts.
• Assist in automating data collection activities with product teams.
• Support configuration and data management audits and reviews.
• Establish/manage the Configuration Change Board (CCB) process.
• Review specs, parts lists, assembly, control, and vendor drawings.
• Review SOW and DID language prior to contract award.
• Establish and document standard CM processes and procedures.
• Ensure contractor/vendor CM compliance with contract requirements.
• Coordinate with Data Management to route CM deliverables and letters.
• Collaborate with Safety, Production, QM/QA/QE to address quality issues.
