Job summary

Uline is seeking a Senior Configuration Management Engineer to own and advance the CMDB, ensuring accurate data across our technology landscape and informing IT operations and executive decisions.

You will develop reports and dashboards, automate workflows, and collaborate across teams to implement configuration and asset management standards. This on-site role at our Pleasant Prairie facility offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years IT experience with CMDB/ITSM.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Flexera One, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the CMDB ensuring data is current and well documented.
• Develop reports and dashboards to support audits and executive decisions.
• Improve data accuracy with automated workflows and system integrations.
• Establish and enforce configuration and asset management standards.

Position Responsibilities

• Own and manage the CMDB, ensuring data is accurate, current and properly documented.
• Develop reports and dashboards, providing actionable insights to support audits, configuration status, lifecycle and executive decision making.
• Improve data accuracy by implementing automated workflows, discovery tools and system integrations.
• Establish and implement Configuration and Asset Management systems, standards and policies to ensure consistency and reliability.
• Collaborate across teams to gather and analyze data, translating findings into scalable CMBD capabilities.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of IT experience, with a strong understanding of ITSM products such as ServiceNow, Flexera One, HP Service Manager or BMC Atrium.
• Practical coding and automation skills with PowerShell, Python, SQL, APIs or similar technologies.
• Strong problem solving, analytical and decision‑making skills.
• Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery.
