Job summary

Uline is seeking a Senior Configuration Management Engineer to lead the CMDB, ensuring accurate data across our IT landscape. You will develop dashboards, automate workflows, and establish configuration management standards to support audits and executive decisions.

With 10+ years in IT and hands-on experience with ITSM tools, you will partner across teams to translate data into reliable CMDB capabilities that drive operational excellence at our Pleasant Prairie, WI HQ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of IT experience with ITSM products such as ServiceNow, Flexera One, HP Service Manager or BMC Atrium.
• Practical coding and automation skills with PowerShell, Python, SQL, APIs or similar technologies.
• Strong problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills.
• Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery.
