Syms Strategic Group, LLC is seeking a Senior Configuration Engineer to lead CM and release engineering for VA applications in a remote, full-time capacity. You will define build procedures, develop CM tools, and ensure compliant, repeatable deployments across projects.

The role requires deep CM expertise, 10+ years of experience, and the ability to mentor junior staff while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

• Proven track record leading complex software builds and releases.
• Experience in regulated or federal environments.
• Deep CM and release engineering expertise.
• Broad knowledge of development, QA, systems engineering, and DevOps.

• Support VA applications and migrate to the cloud.
• Develop and maintain CM tools for identification, control, reporting, and delivery of software.
