Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Sr. Configuration Analyst to support VA applications and migrate to the cloud in a 100% remote role. You will lead software configuration management, build procedures, and tooling to ensure scalable, compliant deployments across environments.

Requires a Bachelor’s in CS/Engineering with 10+ years in CM, plus experience in regulated or federal contexts. Excellent communication and mentoring skills are expected in this autonomous position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience in CM/Release.
• Knowledge of CM tooling, software builds, and release processes.
• Experience in regulated/federal environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains CM tools for identification, control, reporting and delivery.
• Performs CM and release engineering across software and COTS products.
• Designs build procedures and automates software configuration tasks.
• Mentors junior analysts/engineers in CM best practices.
• Ensures compliant, repeatable build and deployment processes across projects.
