Job summary

Eightelevengroup is hiring a Senior Configuration Analyst for a fully remote role focused on supporting configuration and change management services within a federal IT environment. The position entails managing the change lifecycle, ensuring compliance with standards, and maintaining the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).

With at least 4 years of relevant experience and a degree in Computer Science or a related field, candidates will thrive in a collaborative atmosphere ensuring transparency and quality in all processes. A Public Trust clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in configuration, change, or release management.
• Experience maintaining a CMDB in a federal IT environment.
• Have or have previously held a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Log, track, and maintain all IT/OT changes and artifacts throughout the change lifecycle.
• Produce and maintain change records, configuration records, release notes.
• Maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) as the authoritative source for configuration items.
