The ideal candidate will have deep CM expertise, strong CI/CD and scripting skills, and the ability to mentor junior staff while coordinating with stakeholders in a regulated government environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading CM and release engineering in regulated environments.
• Proficiency with CM practices: identification, baselining, change control, status accounting.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, source control, and build reproducibility.
• Ability to mentor juniors and collaborate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead CM activities and risk-managed builds/releases across environments.
• Develop and maintain CM tools to support identification, control, and deployment.
• Automate build procedures and ensure compliant configurations.
• Train developers on CM tools and quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on deployments.
• Provide technical guidance for complex problems and multi-project priorities.
