Blue Origin LLC is seeking an experienced Sr. Configuration & Development Engineer to lead configuration and data management across programs. You will own CM processes, drive data management improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years experience in development/manufacturing of highly integrated products.
• Advanced expertise in configuration management principles and practices.
• Experience with managing multiple configuration variants and changes across products.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and establish CM processes across programs.
• Identify and implement system and process improvements for efficiency and quality.
• Evaluate CM methodologies, technologies, and tools to support growth.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate systems or applications.
• Define requirements and drive scalable CM solutions across Blue Origin.
• Create and monitor process metrics; initiate corrective actions.
• Develop and own instructional content and training on CM for the enterprise.
• Provide mentorship to junior staff and promote best practices.
