Job summary

SAIC is seeking an experienced Configuration/Change Manager to join the MAJESTIC Joint Program Office (JPO) Team in Springfield, VA. This on-site role manages CM and change processes to protect enterprise IT configurations and baselines in a mission-critical environment.

You will lead CM efforts, maintain CMDB records, oversee CCB activities, and ensure compliance with DoD and NIST 800-53, while coaching stakeholders on best practices and document control across development, integration, and

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of professional experience managing enterprise IT environments.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain poly.
• On-site Springfield, VA work requirement.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Cybersecurity/CS/IT preferred.
• Experience with CM tools and CMDB development.

Responsibilities

• Lead CM processes for baselines of hardware, software, and docs.
• Establish and maintain change management ensuring traceability.
• Manage CMDB records for accuracy and completeness.
• Oversee CCB activities and baseline change approvals.
• Coordinate builds, releases, and deployments across environments.
• Develop and enforce CM policies and templates aligned with DoD/NIST.
