Job summary

SAIC is seeking an experienced Information Technology Project Analyst to lead and coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise IT projects supporting the MAJESTIC Joint Program Office (JPO) Team in Springfield, VA. This role emphasizes delivering IT initiatives on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting stakeholder expectations.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing full lifecycle IT projects, including system upgrades and software

Qualifications

2-5 years of professional experience managing and supporting enterprise IT environments.
Strong communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of RMF, NIST 800-53 controls, and DoD information security standards.

Responsibilities

Manage IT projects from initiation through closure, ensuring on-time delivery within budgets and quality parameters.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and WBS using MS Project, Jira or ServiceNow.
Coordinate with system owners, engineers, developers, and leadership to align objectives.
Identify and mitigate project risks and changes in scope or delays.
Ensure RMF/NIST compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
