Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years configuration and change management experience.
• Experience leading design reviews, configuration audits, and product evaluation.
• Experience with CMDB management and oversight.
• Strong written and spoken communication; able to author technical documents.
• TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain CI Poly.
• DoD 8140/CSWF for 641-Intermediate or equivalent credential within 6 months.
• Configuration level 2: 3 years with Bachelors or 7 years with HS; level 3: 6 years with Bachelors or 10 years HS.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders to assess change requests and CAB activities.
• Maintain accuracy of CMDB and configuration baselines.
• Refine change and configuration processes and ensure compliance.
• Support audits, maturity assessments, and process improvements.
• Analyze trends, identify risks, and ensure changes align with policies.
