Job summary

Torch Technologies seeks a Configuration Management Senior to lead CM governance and lifecycle integrity for AFLCMC/GBH portfolio systems, focusing on MilPDS modernization into ERP CS. The role requires in-depth CM expertise, RMF awareness, and strong leadership in change control processes.

Onsite at Randolph AFB, TX, the position involves auditing CM programs, preparing for major audits, and coordinating across program management, systems engineering, and quality teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of CM within RMF framework.
• Expert knowledge of Federal and DoD CM regulations and policies.
• Experience with CM tools: Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Git/Gitlab.

Responsibilities

• Provide and maintain CM of all system artifacts.
• Review and evaluate contractor CM programs for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain CM files and records including change control and status accounting.
• Convene and manage change/configuration control boards (CCBs).
• Assist in developing and administering CM plans.
